The catch
Six months is for eligible partner-affiliated startups; non-partner tech startups can receive three, while under-ten teams/SMBs commonly receive one. Confirm card requirements and post-trial conversion before activation.

Apply through the official startup page. The approved term starts when applied. AI benefits have usage limits and are not unlimited AI. The published annual Business comparison price is $20/member/month; confirm actual post-trial billing cadence, renewal and cancellation terms during activation. Public affiliate applications are currently closed, so use the direct application.

VC-backed startups building on Gemini can get up to $350,000 in Google Cloud credits over two years.
